A thought on Anger

Anger.

Some feel that having and expressing anger is healthy.  My understanding of this is that someone who feels this way, is still identifying with their ego.

Anger present, creates a 'winner v loser' situation.  One person is considered wrong and the other right.

Anger is an energy that needs to use energy.  It does not create energy for the body, like love and compassion does. 

Anger causes the body to go into fight or flight mode, raising the natural hormone Cortisol levels, which, if held at high levels for a prolonged period of time, destroys cells.

Allowing anger to 'take you over', so to speak, means you've lost the game :)

Answer?  Acceptance and then Action :)  Do this with love and compassion and you will always 'win'.  :)
